You understand that the Precious Metal is being offered for purchase by Vyra Gold and can be sold through the Platform. The Precious Metal purchased by You will be accounted in a customer account maintained by Vyra Gold and stored in physical form with Emerald Jewel Industry India Ltd. (“Custodian”).
Vyra Gold has appointed Vistra Corporate Services (India) Private Limited as Administrator to safeguard your interest. The Administrator shall monitor the Precious Metal held on your behalf with the Custodian.

The Platform facilitates buying and selling of Precious Metals. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Platform for personal use.

Orders are placed on a pre-payment basis. Once payment and KYC verification are complete, an invoice will be issued.

Delivery requires a valid address and KYC documents. Failure to take delivery within the Maximum Storage Period may result in sale of Precious Metal as per policy.
Orders cannot be cancelled after confirmation. Withdrawals are allowed after 24 hours of purchase.
